Welcome to Reliance Standard

A note from Scott Reenan, AVP National Accounts, Financial Institutions

I’ve spent a number of years on your side of the table, so I understand what goes into evaluating a new carrier relationship: the questions that come up early, the concerns around fit, and the factors that ultimately determine whether a partnership is worth pursuing. That perspective shapes how we approach every conversation.

My goal is to give you a clear, straightforward view of how we operate, where we tend to fit best, and what working together would realistically look like for your firm and your advisors.

If it makes sense to explore further, we’ve built a structured, guided path that walks through everything, from initial alignment and operational setup to contracting, compliance, and getting your advisors fully up and running. But that comes later, once we both see the opportunity.

Reliance Standard is built to operate like a true partner: hands-on, accessible, and focused on helping your business grow. That’s not a tagline. It’s how we structure our team and support model from the start.

If it would be helpful to talk through things live, I’m always happy to connect. Just let me know what's easiest on your end.
